The deposit is 50% of the total travel sum payment within 7 days after the start of the booking date.
Remaining travel sum
The remainder of the travel sum must be in our possession no later than eight weeks before departure. Regardless of the time of cancellation, the cancellation costs for this are always 100%.
If you have a reason that falls within the conditions of the insurance company and have taken out cancellation insurance, these costs will in principle be reimbursed by the insurance company.
